[strange video alert] This news anchor is really drunk, maybe (probably)

Okay, so, we may not be the most conservative news establishment around but at least nobody on our staff comes to work hamsauced (that we know of.) No, we usually try to keep it tight until we're off the clock. We can't really be held accountable for what happens after that. But yeah, this woman is either straight drunk or has recently suffered a minor stroke. (A caveat: if it turns out she's a stroke victim we're going to feel really bad.) But, um, we're pretty sure she's just drunk. Not sure what flies for professionalism in Minnesota (not sexing up farm animals?) but from the looks of this newscast, we could get down with it. Is she drunk or isn't she? Your call.
