NEW JERSEY | EARLY '00s | In a similar vein, Jersey's suburbs produced some of the biggest players in the third wave of early '00s emo: Midtown (Springfield), My Chemical Romance (Jersey City), Saves the Day (Princeton), Senses Fail (Ridgewood), and Thursday (New Brunswick). Although Drive-Thru Records were based in California, they were widely represented and loved in Jersey.
