The 2nd Annual AltCom! Comedy Festival hits Somerville

The 2nd annual AltCom! Alternative Comedy Festival has officially kicked off! Festival mastermind Brian Joyce has pulled together a killer line-up of local and national acts, including The Phoenix Best Of winners Myq Kaplan (Best Comedian, 2008), MC Mr. Napkins (Best Comedian, 2009 and STUFF Rising Star) and The Steamy Bohemians (Best Nouveau Vaudeville, 2009). • Friday, May 8, 7 pm @ the Somerville Theatre - Janeane Garofalo, Jamie Kilstein, Myq Kaplan, and Micah Sherman
• Friday, May 8, 10 pm @ the Somerville Theatre - the Upright Citizens Brigade Touring Company, Rob Riggle, Eugene Mirman, and Ian Moore
• Saturday, May 9, 6 pm @ The Burren - "TOFUnny" - Vegan Comedy with Myq Kaplan, Jamie Kilstein and MC Mr. Napkins
