Let's all meet up in the year 2011 -- Pulp announce live dates in Europe

Alert the Common People and break that old Pink Glove out of the closet, as nine days after the 15th anniversary of their Britpop masterpiece “Different Class,” Pulp have announced a reunion. The band will play a handful of European festival dates in 2011, and anglophiles here stateside can only hope the words Coachella, Bonnaroo or Lollapalooza eventually pop up in the itinerary.

The reformed Pulp lineup includes enigmatic guitarist/violinist Russell Senior, who left the band shortly after the release of “Different Class,” citing some sort of feeling of artistic shortcoming. Now, of course, well, Something Changed, and he’s got a F.E.E.L.I.N.G. C.A.L.L.E.D. L.O.V.E.

The official reunion announcement is posted below, nicked from the band’s website and Facebook profile and now circulating like wildfire across the interwebs. Lets all meet up in the year 2011, kids; Jarvis always knew we liked... Happy Endings.
