Great guitar riffs, super vocals, melodies and harmonies, along with extreme musicianship are staples of any Nile performance. With influences ranging from Queen to the Plasmatics, no musical style is out of place or out of bounds.
Nils started playing guitar at a young age and played in many local clubs from the age of 14. ALways sharing in the writing duties of band to some extent, the new millennium saw afresh start with himself as the principal writer. After recruiting someseasoned pros with whom he worked in the past (as who he still calls friends), the project came to life adn the first CD was born . All was going great until the rhytym section moved, either to LA or who knows where. The hunt was on again for a new rhythm section. After responding to an advertisement in the Phoenix, Frank became a perfect fir, with his ever-growing talent, well-rounded music sense and insightful musocal ideas.
After a different drummer didn't work out, a friend's friend turned out to be that just a drummer. With an immense knowledge of music theory and application, as wellas a style that makes drums run in fear. Wayne was the missing piece. Ready to take on the world, Nile, the band, has played several local gigs and are finishing their next 10 song CD for Christmas, 2002 release.
