MORE ABOUT WINTERBOY
Says Steve Morse of the Boston Globe, "Winterboy is an impressively uninhibited singer, worth paying attention to...never a dull lyrical moment." "Exceptional" chortles Al Bowman, Executive Producer, L.A. Music Awards. "The worst band name in Boston" pipes Nic Carter, WBCN.
The self-taught singer/songwriter/12-string guitarist left school at age twenty and roamed America, working as a ranch-hand, gravedigger, salesman, animal rescuer, taxi driver, drug abuse counselor, social advocate, and quit-smoking consultant. He's written over 300 songs, and performed solo for two years in the subways of Boston before debuting as a rock trio in May 2000. Winterboy released his Enormodome CD in March, 2001, and is currently in pre-production on his sophomore effort, Cold Blue Campfire.
