Paul Edward Gabriel (songwriter name) has been involved in professional music since the 1970's, in a wide range of styles and musical roles.
In the 1990's, Paul Edward Gabriel began to refine
his long-running songwriting activities into a more coherent styling, via a series of Rhode Island-area recording projects and early solo appearances.
Eventually, this would culminate in the 2007 indie CD, “Love, Courage And The Open Road”; totally self-produced and expansive in sound and content. 2010's "Taking Stock", the 12-song followup CD, is available on CDBaby.com as digital downloads.
Gabriel's own description of his crossover songstyles is Neo Folk-Rock; part acoustic, part electric, always melodic and lyrical.
