MORE ABOUT BIG BIG BUILDINGS
Over the past couple of years, Big Big Buildings have made a unique name for themselves in the Boston music scene, collaborating with other local bands, sharing art, intimate shows, and recently releasing a free split EP with local brother band, The Okay Win.
Starting on a wooden stool in a graffiti-covered garage, with organic self-released demos, EPs, flyers, and original album art, songwriter/illustrator, Adam McElreath smoothed out a launching pad for a collective of local musicians from various different groups to join in and create something communal and new.
Within their sound, you'll find glimpses from a wide spectrum of tastes and influences. Songs will rise delicately from a solemn and soft spoken tone to an ebbing wall of sound. With all the unfettered honesty of folk and blues and the ambitious crash and texture of post-rock, Big Big Buildings will continue to play tunes that make you feel human.
They will also continue to radiate with gratitude for the love and support of all that listen, look, absorb, and appreciate.
