With a sound that’s always changing by letting their diverse collection of life and musical experiences constantly re-inspire them, In Like Lions strive to make soulful, approachable and unforgettable music.
With clear roots set in rock, soul and folk they resonate with a sense of familiarity but In Like Lions spend their days trying to re-imagine new and exciting ways to pull their influences together and create a sound all their own.
Recently celebrating the release of their second studio project, “At Night”, In Like Lions is eager to share their hard work with Boston and beyond. Recorded over 60 hours in just 4 days with the help of LA based producer Jim Dineen (Saint Motel, Adam Jones, Whiskey Saints) at 1867 Recording in Chelsea (The New Pornographers, Magic Magic, Township) “At Night” is a perfect example of exactly how diverse In Like Lions can be. Their time in the studio, which is converted from a 19th century Masonic temple, served as the inspiration behind the lush sound-scapes and heartfelt vocals found throughout the 5 song collection.
