MORE ABOUT MARIANA-CHILDREN'S MUSIC
I was born and raised in Buenos Aires, Argentina. I studied music since early age at the Collegium Musicum of Buenos Aires and piano with Paula Gainza. I started with the bass at EFIMUS with teacher Roberto Moreno and graduated from the ITMC (Instituto Tecnologico de Musica Contemporanea) majoring in bass performance in 2001. After that, I came to boston and graduated in Professional Music (Education & Performance) from Berklee College of Music in 2005. Since then, I have been playing and recording with different groups around the east coast. I also teach bass, piano and guitar at GUITAR STOP in Cambridge and music classes for babies and toddlers at BABY WIGGLE in the Boston center for the Arts. Moreover, I am currently working in an album for children in Spanish to be released in 2008
