MORE ABOUT WE ARE

Lead singer Katie Dunton comes from a musical family, and has been singing all her life. She has performed in a wide range of venues and in 3 bands, and has a large and varied repertoire. Katie is primarily a soloist, and also sings in small ensembles as well as a women’s chorus. Katie graduated from Wheaton College with dual degrees in Music and English. She has a Master’s in Social Work, and has been a life coach for 8 years.
Katie’s latest project is the recording of her first solo CD, entitled “An Expansive Place”, which features her father Dave Dunton on clarinet; percussionist David Hurst; pianist Joseph Reid; guitarist Arnie Rosen; Stephen Tapper on bass; Freeana Werth on percussion and recorder; and vocalists Katherine Fisher, Donna Mayo, Katy Quinn, and Julie Regner.
