Founded in 2004 on the outer most sandbar of CapeCod , three “wash-a-shores” **(Betty Rocker , Chippy Bottom & Maestro) combined their musical talents to give birth to a large sound (later to be self-dubbed “Bronze Rock”) & the result would be known as The Legendary Elephant’s Gerald . A combination of driving rhythms , odd time signatures , obscure cover songs and all out energy onstage that make for an addictive live experience to be had by all. And their mission is simple but an effective one , invade from the Atlantic , spearhead the beaches and bring a loud rockin’, ear splitting , kick-you-in-the-crotch fun time to the outer Cape. Once a strong foothold is set and loyal followers joined in the battle , the invading army will advance over “the bridge” to the mainland and convert the non-believers. ***"wash-a-shore"** is a person who lives on the cape but wasn't born there
