Dave Snediker is currently signed to Open Channels Records and is working on his second CD (and the forecast is) and he is currently preparing for a spring tour to support his much anticipated upcoming CD release in April 2006. Please note that Dave has been performing professionally for over fifteen years, Dave has established himself as one of the top touring musicians in New York State. A multi instrument musician, Dave always focused his energy on performing and writing original songs. In 1992 he recorded his first full length CD with a band named Sonic Whirlpool, which was produced by Carl Canady formally of The Rods. Dave started making a name for himself quickly. He has appeared on multiple radio stations, receiving airplay on 94.9 Krock, 96.9 Wour,93.1Q, 93.5 and many college radio stations. His hard work with the band Nineball brought him a 1995 SAMY (Syracuse Area Music Award) nomination for best original band. Nineball started gaining momentum and received attention from both independant record labels and major record labels. Since then Dave has played in such bands as Nine Stories High, The Electric Chick Magnets, The Backwards Dog Project, The Mellow Paws, Love Scene Clear and Jomamma and the Soultrane. He is currently indulging his rhythmic instinct and embarking on a acoustic solo tour. David Snediker's bands have also performed with the likes of Galactic, LSD, The Breakfast, Max Creek, Gorden Stone and Mecca Bodega to name a few. Very few solo musicians have mastered such a multi-dimensional sound and his inspiring performances attracts crowds across New York State.
