Neon Pills formed in August 2005. The band includes crooner/guitar player Roger Poulin, really awesome bassist Alan Jaye, superb lead guitar player Sean Carney, and heavy hitting drummer Curt Markey. They play a very odd, but very catchy, brand of alt/indie rock that can be compared to Weezer or the Pixies, but that is punctuated by the unique styles of each member to create a sound all their own.
