MORE ABOUT THE LESS LONESOME
The Less Lonesome formed in it's earliest stage in late 2003. From the muddy waters of Florida, the underworld of Belgrade, the backwoods of northern Appalachia, meshed together right here in Boston--the Less Lonesome are a diverse and intense rock outfit. With bar room sensibility, soulful melodies, reflectively conscious lyrics, and plenty of ragged edges, this is a band that can attack your senses, pound you, relieve you, and cut you loose. The sound is hard to pin down, but expect an intense, head-bobbing, trance-inducing, and periodically danceable set of rock-n-roll music. The band is scheduled to begin recording their first album in November 2005 with Adam Garland of The Gulf at the controls. Expected self-release is spring 2006.
