MORE ABOUT FOOLED BY APRIL
The style would be brit-pop meets garage-rock, except that it's not British and they actually play in a basement, not a garage. Regardless, Fooled By April is celebrating the release of their debut EP, produced by Mike Daly (Whiskeytown). In addition to their relentless touring of the Northeast, Midwest and South, the band has played showcases at the CMJ Music Marathon in New York City and was selected to play a showcase at SXSW 2003 in Austin in March.
