ZULU WINTER | Listen: "Never Leave" | The British press have already had a field day with this fast rising London quintet, who are at Brighton Music Hall on March 26, hyping them as everything from the "next Vaccines" (we need that?) to the tribal-beat version of Coldplay (we need that!). Wherever they land in the indie-rock spectrum, the expansive rhythms of the Zulu crew are, unlike Trust's spooky show, exactly what goes over super-well in Austin. Last year's single "Never Leave" sounds like . . . well, that tribal/Coldplay thing works pretty well. Love you, Brit-press.
