Our spies at New England Conservatory tell us that one of
professor Allan Chase's regular
assignments is to write "music for duo," so tonight we'll get a chance to see
whether Chase - a talented saxophonist and composer by any measure - knows
whereof he assigns, as he jams with equally estimable bassist and composer Bruno Råberg at the intimate Outpost
