When he's not the mild-mannered Clark Kent of Esperanza Spalding's touring quartet, keyboardist Leo Genovese is the Argentine madman behind the avant-ensemble Ultra Gauchos (evidently an extra-large portion of his Super Gauchos): drummers Joe Hunt, Bob Gullotti, and Nat Mugavero, bassists Justin Purtill, John Lockwood, and Dave Zinno, trumpeter Phil Grenadier, and saxophonist Dan Blake, plus of course Leo on keys.
