If he's still there, you're probably awake and at the Boston Tattoo Convention, the eighth annual celebration of body art and its canvases. This is a long way from lower-back tribal stamps: the convention features live tattooing and contests with more 100 artists plus freak shows, burlesque, exhibits, seminars, and beer, providing Boston one of its most colorful weekends.
