One thing’s certain: reggae needs a stream of new voices to woo its somewhat splintered audience (modern dancehall zealots vs. the Marley-centric roots faction). Enter TARRUS RILEY, who has been getting a fair amount of notice. No, he doesn’t make the hardest grooves you’ve ever heard.
