The last time we were in we saw a guy filling his growler — from pilsner to porter, once you've had a taste of the various Trinity recipes, it's hard to say no. That's why the bartenders always have their hands on the taps. Demand is deep at this downcity staple, which has dominated our brewpub category for more than a decade. We're recalling the eau of a Belgian White Ale that was enjoyed during a recent visit, but even more vivid is the bowl of chili that accompanied it. It is possible that Trinity doesn't get enough props for its food menu?
