Best Reason To Not Skip Breakfast

T's Restaurant

Eateries that offer breakfast are a dime a dozen, and what they serve is often worth about that much. The dull, same ol' breakfasts that most people will settle for are all about carbo-bulking and protein-packing to stoke up for the day. Utilitarian. But when a breakfast spot uses some imagination, eyes brighten and discriminating appetites perk up at the mere perusal of the menu. T'S RESTAURANT is nothing if not imaginative. "T's Very Own Ooey Gooey French Toast" is made from glazed cinnamon coffee buns, for example, and the "Rose Window Waffle" is from a 1905 recipe (both are $7.99). On one visit, that last item gathered strawberries, blueberries, and peaches under a topping of yogurt and crunchy granola. Pumpkin pancakes or apple-stuffed French toast, anyone?
