No, not a bloody Mary, the alcoholic's hair of the dog in drag, somehow permitted late morning because it has a silly celery stalk sticking out of it. And not some wine drink, even though grapes are fruit and thereby kissing cousins to vegetables. At CITRON WINE BAR & BISTRO, they call their specialty drinks "Elixirs" and add ingredients that are no less exotic in this context for being common. Take the cilantro gimlet, or the watermelon-ginger martini. Or the Tom Collins, which contains cucumber and dill juice as well as lemon juice and gin. That refreshing cucumber is muddled along with mint in the Absolut Pears "Pearfect Mojito." Their other unusual mojito is prepared conventionally, with white rum, mint and lime, but prickly pear juice is added.
