There’s this chocolate drink at the Brick Alley Pub that looks like it could put hair on your chest — or get rid of it like a mug of Nair, your choice. The FROZEN HOT CHOCOLATE ($3.75) comes in a pint glass, making it look like a training version of Guinness. You’ll look perfectly adult, except that you won’t be tilting to starboard so rapidly as the empty glasses accumulate. The frozen Margaritas and other over-21 drinks are also as sizable and as generous with their wooze-inducing ingredients as this cocoa-colored one is with its theobromine. But truth be told, more people come here for the celebrated triple-shot martinis. To transition to one from soda pop, try the Melissa’s Cherry Cheesecake Martini, with vanilla schnapps, fruit juice, and a splash of cream. Welcome to the grown-ups’ table.
