"If it ain't in a casing, it ain't worth tasting" is the culinary credo for the finest mobile eatery in Rhode Island. Chez Pascal's Kristin and Matt Gennuso are the brain trust behind Hewtin's Dogs Mobile, known to some of us simply as "the pork truck," bestowing incredible dogs and on-the-go gourmet meals. Starting in May, the red-and-white rolling restaurant will pop up on North Main Street and wherever else they decide to set up shop five days a week. The chorizo sausage with egg salad and the bacon-wrapped pork loaf ($7 each) are the stars of the show. And the Pork Shoulder Stew ($13) is a lumberjacked meal worth seeking. Be sure to become an official Mobile Truck follower (aka stalker) on Twitter.
