Tossing instructions (and wisecracks) in Arabic, it's Paul to Mounir to Kamil as the Boutros's extended family members assemble and deliver the goods — wraps, and pocket "sandwiches" — to hungry appreciators. Their open-face "pies," served with hummus and a yogurt-cucumber sauce, are popular, too.
