Situated next to Providence City Hall (starting at 5 pm each night), the Aluminum Room has long been a magnet for hungry nighthawks. We vividly recall a dude tearing into an egg salad sandwich around 2 am one night several years ago. The sated look of joy on his face, combined with the not-so-private exclamations of his culinary satisfaction, were a perfect advert for the Haven Bros. aesthetic of "quick and tasty." Their menu has been in place for more than a century and, from bikers to bureaucrats, the clientele knows no limits. Order a "Murder Burger" if you dare.
