Fat Belly’s Pub

The local mini-chain gestated for 15 years before coming into being. That was in the entrepreneurial imagination of not a wealthy barfly but rather a chef, Scott Parker, who'd always wanted to run an Irish pub. Starting in Warwick in 2005, he now has locations in Providence, East Greenwich, and Wakefield. And they offer much more than pub food, including pastas and grilled pizzas.
