X-FACTOR | Fox | September 21 @ 8 pm | The biggest hit of the year will almost certainly be Fox's X-Factor. Sure, it hardly seems like we need yet another musical-talent-based competition, particularly given the current state of the music industry. But people keep watching 'em, and this one has former American Idol judges Simon Cowell and Paula Abdul on board. It's a safe bet for success.
