Myron’s WalkCollaboration with Allagash Brewing Company - is a Belgian-style pale ale combining the best of our two breweries. It features intense citrusy flavor and a complex aroma from the use of fruity and resinous whole-cone Citra and Mosaic hops offset by the complex spicy character of Allagash’s house Belgian yeast strain. 5.3%

Double Latte - Collaboration with Ninkasi Brewing Company - is a cold-press milk stout featuring roasted grain, amazing coffee, and a sweet coffee-chocolate-mocha-like flavor. A play on the milk in a classic latte, lactose or “milk sugar” helps produce a robust, rich body and a sweet malty backbone in this beer. 7.6%

Electric Ray - Collaboration with Ballast Point Brewing Company - is an IPL — Imperial Pale Lager—combining intense citrusy and floral American hop aroma with the clean, crisp, classic malt body of a robust blonde lager. It is both traditionally dry-hopped AND torpedoed with whole-cone American hops for an intense grapefruit and rose-like nose. 8.5%

There and Back - Collaboration with New Glarus Brewing Company - is a classic, sessionable, English-style Bitter — easy-drinking but full of flavor. It features nutty, toasted Golden Promise and English Crystal malts balanced by a solid dose of zesty hops, with a fruity dry finish from the use of an authentic English yeast. 5.6%

Yonder Bock - Collaboration with Cigar City Brewing Company - is a summery twist on the robust blonde bock. Its silky, semi-sweet malt body is bolstered by a blend of new and experimental hops that impart bright, fruity hop aromas of guava, mango and passion fruit. 7.7%

Yvan the Great - Collaboration with Russian River Brewing Company - This genre-bending beer has the bright, resinous hop profile of an American IPA blended with the dry and complex yeast character of a Belgian farmhouse ale. Yvan the Great is a perfect combination of the two brewing styles—hoppy, dry, spicy, and impressive. 6.3%

Alt Route - Collaboration with Victory Brewing Company - is our take on the old school German Altbier style featuring an ale-lager hybrid yeast, which is top fermenting and fruity like an ale, but matured at cool temperatures for a clean, lager-like flavor. This deep amber beer has a slight emphasis on the richly layered, slightly sweet malt body with enough citrusy hop flavor and aroma to produce a balanced, dry finish. 6.6%

Torpedo Pilsner - Collaboration with Firestone Walker Brewing Company - ditches the traditional German “noble” hops and heads south of the equator for inspiration. With a traditional golden malt body, this “kiwi” pils features intense fruity and floral New Zealand-grown Motueka and Southern Cross hops, making this an alternate and delicious take on the classic pilsner. 5.2%

CANfusion - Collaboration with Oskar Blues Brewery - is a dry-hop rye bock with a complex malt body that launches a peppery blast from the rye, balanced by a fruity hop aroma. As the style suggests, it was dry-hopped for an added aroma punch from the unique citrusy and spice-like Australian Ella hop varietal. 7.2%

Chico King - Collaboration with 3 Floyds Brewing Company - is a regal yet raucous take on the pale ale that both our breweries adore. It features a complex malt body from the use of an undermodified malt, which leads to a complex and nutty malt flavor, and a bright fruit-forward blend of Mosaic, El Dorado and Calypso hop varietals. Chico King is a beer fit for royalty. 6.5%

Tater Ridge - Collaboration with Asheville Brewers Alliance - pays homage to our area’s Scottish Highland history, and its craft brew pioneers. With a hint of down home Southern flair, this Scottish ale is rich and malty, using special floor-malted six-row barley from Asheville’s Riverbend Malting, and has a smooth kick from the use of sweet potatoes, a tasty Southern staple. 7.0%

Maillard’s Odyssey - Collaboration with Bell’s Brewery - is a robust dark ale layered with complex malt flavors of toffee, caramel, chocolate, coffee, and dark fruit. This malt-focused concept spawned a daunting grain bill featuring 10 different grains including pale malt, Munich, chocolate malt, oats, dark wheat and roasted barley for a rich, semi-sweet and intense experience. 8.5%


Slumbrew Porter Square Porter- ON CASK  6.5% ABV 31 IBUS- Rich black porter with a unique blend of chocolate, coffee, roasted and nutty flavors. Brewed with cocoa powder and conditioned with cacao nibs from Taza Chocolate.

Slumbrew Attic & Eaves Toasted Brown Ale - 7.5 % ABV 38 IBUS - An autumn brown ale with distinctive toasty flavors from an assortment of roasted malts and grains. A bright hop finish from Cascade and Fuggles balance the toasted grain notes to create a new expression of autumn brown ales.
Slumbrew Trekker Trippel Belgian Trippel - 9.5% abv 36IBU -   Smooth and alluring Belgian golden ale with complex fruity pineapple flavors set against a spicy finish. Dried jasmine flowers added in the boil work with a higher alcohol level to augment Belgian pilsen, caramel and honey malts. Hop character is distinctly Chinook with an aromatic peppery finish that comes from Moteuka hops grown in New Zealand.


Brett & I - 6%, fermented with our house Belgian yeast strain then aged in red wine barrels with Brettanomyces bruxellensis for 13 mos.

Oak Aged Tripel - 9.5%, Belgian-style Tripel aged on J. Lohr Chardonnay oak

Strawberry Short Weisse - 3.5%, Berliner Weisse brewed with strawberry

Shebang - ~11%, ~110 IBU, triple IPA

Herbaceous - ~6%, ~60 IBU wet hopped IPA w/nugget hops from Four Star Farms in Northfield, MA


Tier de Garde  - from our new Belgian Series; a Belgian IPA brewed with grapefruit. 8.1%

Gemini - a limited super hopped ale with IBU’s pushing 100.

Warlock - from our Blackwater Series; this is an Imperial Stout brewed with Pumpkins. 8.6%

2012 Oat - an imperial oatmeal stout that has been aging since 2012

Quahog Ale - an exclusive recipe brewed just for RI Beer Week; this is an American Cream Ale flavored with tropical fruits mango and pineapple. 5% abv


Spencer Trappist Ale - 6.5% ABV- Spencer is a full-bodied, golden-hued ale with fruity accents, a dry finish and light hop bitterness. The beer is unfiltered and unpasteurized, preserving live yeast that naturally carbonates the beer in the bottle and keg and contributes to the beer flavor and aroma.


Stone Bang Bang (Red Ale aged in Bourbon Barrels)
ABV: 7.5% This beer is all about the caramel.  Caramel aroma on the nose, with caramel malt flavors up front on the first taste, with some bourbon integrated with the caramel malts.  Finish is short with lots of bourbon and oak flavors.  Super clean, crisp beer, with no added heat from the bourbon barrel aging.

Stone Arbalest (Belgian Ale aged in Bourbon Barrels) ABV: 8.5% Caramel, bourbon, and spicy yeast aromas on the nose.  Taste is of crisply bitter hops and peach and apricot stone fruit from the aroma hops, caramel and sweet oak flavors from the malt and bourbon barrel aging, and spice, floral, and fruity esters from the fermentation.  The rich caramel flavors from the crystal malts, and vanilla and sweet flavors of the bourbon barrel give this beer a lot of mouthfeel and richness without being satiating.  This is a bourbon barrel aged beer you can drink by the pint.

Stone Stochasticity Project Hibiscusicity - 7.4% ABV, 28 IBUs  Floral, berries, citrus rind, tropical fruit and a nice note of Belgian yeast on the back end. Tart, dry and very refreshing!

Chris Banker/Stone/Insurgente Xocoveza Mocha Stout - 8.1% ABV, 50 IBUsCocoa and cinnamon are at the forefront. The coffee, nutmeg and vanilla follow, and the fruitiness and heat of the pasilla peppers come through nicely on the finish.

Stone 18th Anniversary IPA - IBUs: 75 ABV: 8.5%  Fruity hops, lemon, orange zest and tropical fruit, with a complex malt base featuring coffee and toffee elements. The hop finish is very lemony.


Double Barrel IPA - On Cask -  this is a barrel aged double ipa 100 ibus Eldorado Citra Galaxy.  9% abv.
Belgian Strawberry - 11.5 abv Belgian strong brewed with 350 lbs of strawberries and dry hopped with pineapple sage,  lemon basil and chocolate mint.

Ruby Rye - an amber rye beer brewed with 35 % rye . Brewed with German hops to compliment the already spiciness from the Rye. German Magnum and Tettnangers 5.5 ABV 35 ibu's.

Wonkas Chocolate Porter - this porter has a great chocolate  aromatics and a smooth mouthfeel. 5.6% ABV  32 IBU'S .


Roadsmary's Other Baby - 6.8% is a draft-only version of our Pumpkin ale aged in rum barrels.  Other Baby is barrel specific and aged longer than Roadsmary's Baby.
Unorthodox Russian Imperial Stout - 9.2% classic Russian Imperial Stout with an Amerikan twist.  Brewed with malted rye and aggressively hopped with four US varieties.  Our newest year round beer.

Lil Heaven Session IPA - 4.8% crushable IPA brewed with four exotic hop varieties: Azacca, Mosaic, Calypso, and Equinox. Big notes of tropical fruit in this little slice of heaven.

Via Cordis Abbey Blonde - 5.2% a light and complex blonde ale brewed with a centuries old trappist yeast strain.  Fruit and spice in the aroma with a crisp dry finish.


Dubhe – Imperial Black IPA – 9.2% finished with Hemp Seed

Birthday Suit - Belgian Farmhouse Sour 6.3% - using the American Sour method - lactobacillus Detour - a 9% Double IPA featuring a Western Hop Blend  (Chinook, Yakima and Amarillo)

Oaked Jack'd - Imperial Pumpkin beer brewed to over 10% abv.  Uses 100% Organic Pumpkins and is aged on a combination of Bourbon and Rye Oak for 6 months


Dirt Wolf D.I.P.A. – Darkly, heroic double I.P.A. with assertive hop character that comes from the combination of all American whole-flower hops; Mosaic, Simcoe, Citra & Chinook. 8.7% abv

Moonglow Weizenbock - 8.7% ABV- Bright, fruity aromas of apples and bananas kindle together with the rich scent of nuts and deep warmth of freshly baked bread.

Wild Devil IPA- 6.7% ABV- It’s arguable that our menacingly delicious HopDevil has always been wild. With bold German malts and whole flower American hops, this India Pale Ale is anything but prim. But add a touch of brettanomyces yeast, the unruly beast responsible for the sharp tang and deep funk found in many Belgian ales, and our WildDevil emerges completely untamed. Floral, aromatic hops still leap from this amber ale, as a host of new fermentation flavor kicks up notes of citrus and pine.

White Monkey - 9.5% ABV- Our beloved Golden Monkey, after some quiet time aging in American oak barrels that once matured white wine, emerges refreshed and invigorated with new character and flavor nuances that only make him more profound, and possibly even more playful.

2013 Old Horizontal American Barleywine - 11.0% ABV- Massive amounts of barley malts, combined with fresh harvest American hops make it aromatic and spicy on the nose. Floral, fruity aromas slide into honeyed malt depth with lingering sensations of candied and citrus fruit. Late warming alcohol brings all of these flavors into wonderful harmony to finish.
