OEC BREWING


OEC Phantasma Sour Blend # 1 - 9.5% abv - Sour edition of Phantasma. A blend of 60% oak aged ale and 40% young ale. Each blend will be slightly different.


OEC Tempus Blend #1 - 5.9% abv - A blended sour saison. Brewed with spices - 40% oak aged and 60% young ale. Each blend of Tempus will be slightly different so enjoy Blend #1.


OEC Artista Zynergia: Solaris - 4.8% abv - Solaris is a blend of an OEC "semi-spontaneously" fermented ale with Spanish Sagardoa from Sarasola. Together they combine to create a unique combination between tart apple cidre and the lime and lemony acidity of the ale.


OEC Grandis - 10.5% abv - Grandis is our blended old ale. It is blended from various ales matured in oak barrels from several months to three years. This blend has a touch of acidity and is very port like with a hint of fine balsamic. Blended 08/08/2014.

BREWERY OMMEGANG

Game of Thrones Vertical Tasting:
GOT2 – Take the Black (2013) – 7% Belgian Style Stout spiced w/ licorice root & star anise. Aromas of dark chocolate, caramel malt and earth hops. Flavors of chocolate, coffee, roasted malt and finishes with malty sweetness and spicy earthiness.

GOT3 – Fire and Blood (2013) – 6.8% Red ale spiced with Ancho chilies. Aromas of ripe fruit, raisin, malt and slight spice. Flavors of sweet malt give and spice give way to drying hop and rye. Underlying flavors of raisin and prune finishing with a balanced malty and spice finish

GOT4 Valar Morghulis (2014) – 8% Belgian-Style Abbey Dubbel brewed with specialty malt and dark Candi sugar. Aromas of caramel, toffee, ripe fruit and burnt sugar and slight clove. Taste is balanced with rich malty sweetness and bitterness from Appolo and Hallertau Spalt Select. Finishes dry and light.

Collaboration #4 (2014) – 7.3% Spiced Saison. Collaboration between Boulevard Brewing and Brewery Ommegang. Two separate batches of beer were produced with a grain bill of pale malt, oats, rye, corn and wheat subtly spiced with coriander, grains of paradise, and dried peels of lemon and orange. Each batch was fermented with the unique house yeast from each brewery and blended post-fermentation resulting in a beer that is crisp, bready with bracing hoppiness and lingering hints of spice.

Upside Brown – 7% Farmhouse Brown Ale w/ Brett. Fruit filled aroma dominated by pineapple and cheery rounded out with slight farmyard funk. Sweet malt flavors balanced by Brett tartness with underlying notes of cheery and dark fruit. Lively carbonation that finishes dry and tart with a medium-light body.

 

OSKAR BLUES BREWERY


Death By Coconut - Irish porter aged on dessicated coconut and dark chocolate from Robin’s Chocolates in Longmont.  6.5% ABV/45 IBUs

Four Roses Bourbon Barrel Aged Gubna -  dry hopped with copious amounts of Sorachi Ace, Chinook and Mosaic hops creating a dank, dense nose and unique blend of lemon zest, red berries, spice, peach and herbs through a clean bitter finish.  (10 percent ABV, 100+ IBUs).

Deviant Dale's  - Deviant Dale’s IPA (8% ABV, 85 IBUs) was born at the crossroads, in a juke joint, as if Dale’s Pale Ale sold its soul to balance Deviant’s foreboding aromas of citrus, grapefruit rind and piney resins with a copper ball-of-fire color and inscrutable finish. The 2011 GABF Silver Medal Winner (American IPA Category) is the Devil incarnate with untold amounts of malt and hedonistic Columbus dry-hopping.

Ten Fidy - This titanic, immensely viscous stout is loaded with inimitable flavors of chocolate-covered caramel and coffee and hide a hefty 98 IBUs underneath the smooth blanket of malt.  Ten FIDY (10.5% ABV) is made with enormous amounts of two-row malt, chocolate malt, roasted barley, flaked oats and hops.

Old Chub Nitro - Just like Old Chub... but on NITRO! A brobdingnagian celebration of rich malts and smoked grains creates a smooth finishing character for the herculean size of this Scotch Ale (6.9% A.B.V./30 IBU.


OTTER CREEK BREWING COMPANY


Otter Creek Double Dose IPA - Collaboration with Sean Lawson, adventurous brewer of Lawson’s Finest Liquids.Double Dose IPA is a true collaborative effort and features water from each brewery, locally sourced hops and malts and is brewed in the spirit of friendship, fun and really great beer. 8.5 % ABV 75 IBU

Otter Creek Special Pilot Brew - Description from Brew Master Mike Gerhart….

“Just got word it’s a Russian Imperial Stout that will be in a cask aged on some fun shit that is still TBD”


PROCLAMATION ALE COMPANY


Zzzlumber (from batch 2):  Our "Dutch-Style Imperial Stout" pays homage to Dave's Netherlandic ancestry. This black monstrosity is thick with notes of roast, chocolate, and licorice, while oak, bourbon and vanilla contributed from a barrel blend help to define this beer. Late tannin bitterness helps clean up, while silky oats provide extra lubrication to help it slide right down your throathole. 10.2 %abv

Derivative - A juicy as hell pale ale running right around 6% abv, featuring Galaxy, Citra, Amarillo and a touch of Columbus hops.  This pale ale gets way overloaded with hops at every single point possible in the brewing process. 6%abv

Jelly Donut - Proclamation Ale Company and Grey Sail collab'd up this fairly traditional Berliner Weisse with a collection of Non-traditional syrups available for mixing at Beervana. 3.5% abv

Starpower - 100% Brett beer fermented in oak barrels and doused with a liberous amount of Galaxy hops.  6.3% abv


REVIVAL BREWING COMPANY


Burnsider Pale Ale - 5.5 % ABV 55 IBU's - Made with a special blend of English malt’s this American Style Pale Ale was hopped with Centennial, Galaxy, Simcoe hops and packaged unfiltered as to not destroy any hoppy goodness we put into the beer. Hazzah!

Zeppelin Hefewizen – 5% ABV. 12 IBU's -This traditional example of the style was made with all German Ingredients. Pilsner malt, light and dark wheat and pale malt make up the smooth malt profile of this beer and it is finished with Hallertau hops for a crisp but not over powering bite.

Double Black IPA – 8.5 % ABV. 85 IBU's – Heavy roast profile accented by an explosion of hops create an amazing example of this style. Tones of coffee, vanilla, wood, citrus and herbal goodness make this beer the complex beast that it is. Hopped with Chinook, Sorachi Ace, Nugget and Cascade.

White Electric Coffee Stout – 8.5% ABV. - 50 IBU's - Made with Maris Otter malt from England as well as Chocolate malt, Crystal Malt, Roasted Barley, and Chocolate Wheat. EKG HOPS were used to bitter this beer, and “New Harvest” coffee beans, roasted specifically for “White Electric” were used to Condition and flavor this beer. The result is an amazing beverage that has a deep complexity of roasted and bitter sweet coffee and chocolate flavors served On Nitrogen for a creamy finish.


SAM ADAMS/BOSTON BEER COMPANY


Fat Jack - a double pumpkin ale brewed with 28 lbs. of real pumpkin, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and allspice. 8.5%abv

13th Hour -   Dark and smooth, with 13 ingredients, we combined the roasted chocolate and coffee flavors of a stout with the complex spicy character of a Belgian-style ale aged in oak for a dark, robust, and bewitching brew. 9% abv

Tetravis - The deep complexity of this Belgian Quad complexity begins with a molasses sweetness with notes of dark fruits like raisins and figs but develops further with an undercurrent of tart spice from its distinctive Belgian yeast for a truly transfixing brew. 10.2%abv

Utopias - This extraordinary brew is the result of complex and carefully timed brewing.  It is a blend of batches, some having been aged up to 20 years in a variety of woods in our Barrel Room.  This year’s Utopias is aged in casks from Buffalo Trace Distillery and eight year old Port barrels from Portugal. It is then blended with a portion of our Kosmic Mother Funk.  This flavorful, slightly fruity brew has a sweet, malty flavor that is reminiscent of a deep, rich vintage Port, fine Cognac, or aged Sherry while being surprisingly light on the palate.   29% abv
New World Tripel - With its pale golden color and uniquely refreshing taste, this big, flavorful, and complex brew has a subtle herbal hop character combined with the tropical fruit and spice notes of its special Belgian yeast. 10% abv
