Captain’s Daughter - Double IPA, ABV 8.5%, IBU 69, Our brand new year round Double IPA is loaded with mosaic hops resulting in a tropical fruit bouquet and flavor.

Pumpkin in the Rye - Pumpkin Ale ABV 6%, IBU, 35, A hoppy rye ale brewed with a large percentage of pumpkin puree added during both the mash rest and the boil. Dry hopped with Australian Galaxy.

Dark Star, Blend 1 - Belgian Imperial Stout aged in bourbon barrels, ABV 8.5%, IBU 40, The first release of our Buffalo Trace bourbon barrel imperial stout. Fermented with 3 strains of belgian yeast, then aged in fresh and used bourbon barrels for at least 9 months. Part of our Little Swell Series available at our brewery and select locations.

Flotsam and Brettsam - India Pale Ale with Brettanomyces, ABV 6%, IBU 55, An IPA aged in Jonathan Edwards cabernet franc barrels with brettanomyces for at least 6 months. This first batch is dry hopped in the barrel with Mosaic. Part of our Little Swell Series available at our brewery and select locations.

Jelly Doughnut - ABV 3.5%, IBU 0, the first collaboration with Proclamation Ale Company. A simple grain bill of wheat and pale malts. Mashed with 3 year aged whole leaf cascade hops, then rested in the kettle for 48 hours with a healthy pitch of Lactobacillus. Fermented with a neutral ale yeast to allow the sour to shine. Served at both of our booths straight up or with our own handmade syrups.

GreatER Pumpkin -10% ABV pumpkin ale, brewed with cinnamon, ginger, allspice and clove, then Buffalo Trace Bourbon barrel-aged to add oak, vanilla and Bourbon flavor notes.

2012 Bourbon Barrel Below Decks - 2012 vintage, 10% ABV English style barley wine, aged in Bourbon barrels
Siren Noire - chocolate stout, brewed with extra chocolate nibs and vanilla beans, then aged for 3 months in Buffalo Trace Bourbon barrels, giving the beer darker notes of raisin and fig. 9.5%

Holy Sheet -9% ABV mahogany-colored ale, brewed with Belgian Abbey yeast, candi sugar and unique Crystal malts. Aged in brandy barrels

Big DIPA - a massively hoppy beer, yet with a surprisingly elegant profile. To a lush malt base infused with rye, we hop this beer 4 different times during the brewing process — in the kettle, in the hopback, and it is dry hopped twice after we age the beer on untoasted white oak. 10.5%

Brown Shugga '10 '12 & '13 - Originally a failed attempt at our 1997 batch of Olde GnarlyWine Ale resulting in an all-new-beer-style we like to call…Irresponsible.

Lagunitas Sucks - Originally brewed in 2011 as a Brown Shugga’ substitute, due to construction-induced capacity issues. But we liked it so much it had to make a return trip.

Cruisin with Ruben and the Jets '09 - A tribute to the 40th anniversary of Frank Zappa's fifth studio album. A chocolate and pepper corn stout brewed with Cocoa Nibs.

DayTime IPA - Sometimes you want a beer, then you realize how much crap you need to do before you call it a day. This is it. Nicely dosed with Big, Round Hop Flavors and a Toasty Malt Foundation to satisfy your every need. But it still lets you stay in the game to do what needs to be done. Yup.

Long Trail Limbo IPA - 7.6 % ABV 80 IBU’s A big, mouth-watering IPA brimming with all the flavors and aromas of the new breed of hops coming out of Australia and the Pacific Northwest. This was the first year-round Long Trail offering to be born out of our Farmhouse Pilot Brewery.

Long Trail 25th Anniversary Ale - 9% ABV 65 IBU’s Barrel Aged - Crafted to commemorate our 25th Anniversary, we blended a bourbon barrel-aged batch of our Imperial Porter with a Rye Whiskey barrel-aged iteration of Culmination Dark Chocolate Porter. A ‘young’ Batch of Imperial Stout was brewed and blended with the barrel-aged beers to infuse a fresh roasty character

Long Trail Oaked Double Bag Cask - 8% ABV 39 IBU’s This Double Alt Bier features a distinct malt presence balanced by a subtle hop backbone that delivers a smooth, complex drinking experience. Oak casked in Rye Whiskey Barrels, this one is worth milking.

Orval Trappist Ale - 6.9% ABV; Dry, with a huge effervescent head, it gains some of its character from a complex fermentation schedule: a Belgian ale yeast is added first for primary fermentation; then a variety of yeast strains are added midway through the process; finally a third dose of yeast is added at bottling time. Amber-orange in color and dry-hopped.

Samuel Smith Organic Chocolate Stout - 5.0%; Chocolate beautifully melded to the full, roasty flavour of stout - a beautiful match. Deep, aromatic, and satisfying; full body with fruity notes from the Sam Smith’s yeast strain supporting lush chocolate aroma and flavour. USDA Certified Organic by the UK Soil Association

Ayinger Celebrator Doppelbock - 7.2%;  Celebrator Doppelbock is a rich, classic Bavarian specialty lager traditionally consumed as a celebration beer. This "double bock" is a profoundly dark beer, full-bodied and velvety from half a year's aging. Despite its richness, it has a faintly smoky dryness in the finish.

Lindemans Cuvee Rene Gueuze Lambic -  5.2% ABV; Glowing golden color, cidery, winey palate; Wild-fermented wheat beer that is made with only aged hops, and those in small quantities. The brewers blend aged lambic and younger lambic, to taste, and refermentation occurs in the bottle after capping. Lindemans Cuvée René is authentic "Oude Geuze," every batch blended by hand.

Brasserie du Bocq Saison 1858 -  6.4% ABV;  Hazy amber-gold color, medium body, and a complex Belgian-yeast aroma; crisp flavor with a bit of inviting, dynamic acidity - balanced by forward hops.

Annual Release '14 - ABV 11.4% - On January 5, 2014 our brewers braved the elements during a rare Newport snowstorm to make our first ever snow beer. Armed with shovels, sleds and a multiple layers of clothing, the crew spent 8 hours transferring 1300 gallons worth of melted snow into our brew kettle. Pale/Amber hued, this year’s ’14 boasts playful but intense characteristics. Classic hefeweizen yeast invokes banana and subtle clove aromas inviting sip after interesting sip of this sweet and warming brew.  Following only one rule on brew day: USE ONLY SNOW WATER!, this year’s Annual Limited Release became an appreciation in water conservation.  The movie Better Off Dead, sums up this beer “Imagine the Street Value of this…” We assure you, this beer’s value is pretty high and will increase in time.

India Point Ale - ABV 6.5% - Named after a Rhode Island landmark, India Point in Providence, RI, and using Chinook hops from the Ocean State Hop Farm, this beer honors Rhode Islanders everywhere.

R.hode I.sland P.umpkin - ABV 6.9%   Boasting 3 pounds of pumpkin per keg, coupled with lactose milk sugar, a touch of chocolate malt for a ruby/orange color, caramel and cara malts for sweetness and copious quantities of pale malt, the only ingredient left for this liquid pumpkin pie libation was spices.  Staying true to RI, we sourced those spices locally from Spice Mill, located in Wakefield, RI.  The mixture of cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, allspice and cloves will ‘warm you up with a cold one,’ all fall and winter long!

PUCK — THE BEER - PETITE SAISON- 4.0% 27 IBUs - First brewed to celebrate our 25th anniversary, the beer now known as PUCK, a petite saison of just over 4% ABV, won a place in our hearts and in our year-round portfolio of beers. Brewed with premium Pils and wheat malts, Puck is sharp and spritzy with a delicious flowery, spicy dry-hop aroma.

Le Merle - Belgian Style Saison- 7.9%ABV 26 IBUs - Abundant hops and a Belgian yeast strain contribute exotic aromas of tropical fruit. A subtle sophisticated Belgian-style Saison beer.

PRANQSTER - Belgian Style Golden Ale - 7.6%ABV 20 IBUs - PranQster follows the Belgian traditions using a mixed culture of antique yeast strains that produce a floral nose, a full fruity flavor and a clean finish.

Brother Thelonious - 9.4% ABV 27 IBUs- Brewed by North Coast Brewing Company as a tribute to Jazz legend Thelonious Monk, this Belgian-style Abbey Ale is rich and robust with an ABV of 9.4%.

2014 Old Stock Ale - 11.8%ABV 34 IBUs - Like a fine port, Old Stock Ale is intended to be laid down. With an original gravity of over 1100 and a generous hopping rate, Old Stock Ale is well-designed to round-out and mellow with age. It’s brewed with classic Maris Otter malt and Fuggles and East Kent Goldings hops, all imported from England.

Old Rasputin XVI - 11.3% 38 IBU’s - Every year we age a special batch of our much-loved Russian Imperial Stout in Bourbon barrels. The depth, intensity, and complexity of the flavor profile of this special release, like its predecessors, make it a worthy tribute to Old Rasputin.
