BRUTOPIA BREWERY

Valhalla - A pale amber ale with crisp malt flavor and citrusy bitterness, from Pacific Northwest Citra and Nugget hops. 5.5% ABV

Never Ender - This American IPA delivers layers of hop sensation, with medium caramel malt to balance the smooth lingering finish.  6%ABV

Bonfire Brown Ale - Smooth, toasty and malt centric, this brown ale puts summer out to pasture. Winter is coming.  5.5% ABV

First Coast Belgian Double IPA - An intensely flavorful beer, this Belgian yeast fermented IPA puts fruity esters on full display, to give contrast to a big alcohol punch and heavy handed hopping.  9.5% ABV

Prasada - A strong and dark Belgian ale brewed annually for Beervana. This year's offering comes two different ways, unadulterated or Bourbon aged.  Prasada brings the classic malt sweetness, rounded out by dark fruit esters and a high alcohol content. 

B. UNITED INTERNATIONAL INC

Duchessic (made with Cantillon Lambic) - Del Borgo, Italy & Cantillon, Belgium - 5.9% abv

A sort of “collaboration brew” between Del Borgo, Italy with the famous Belgian brewery Brasserie Cantillon: an interesting experiment about spontaneous fermentations. The traditional Duchessa - spelt beer - has been cut with a 20% of one year old lambic from Brasserie Cantillon. The result is a unique beer that extraordinarily merges the lambic sharp and sour characteristics with the gentle notes of Duchessa.

Gales Conquest Vintage 2001 - Gales Brewery, UK - 8% abv

Vintage 2001 - brewed with Pale Ale Maris Otter & Lager malts, Goldings, Fuggles & Challenger hops. The fermentation, induced by top-fermenting Saccharomyces Cerevistae yeast lasts for ten days. It matures for six months prior to hand bottling. It is a deceptive beer that drinks easily for its strength.

Pays d Auge Cidre - Domaine Christian Drouin - 4.5% abv

In the New York Times article "CIDERS OF THE TIMES; A Is for Apple Cider, Sparkling and Intense", Cidre Christian Drouin Pays d'Auge were ranked number 1out of 10 cidres. Cidre Christian Drouin Pays d'Auge received 3 1/2 out of 4 stars.

Vapeur Cochonne - Brasserie Vapeur - 6.6% abv

Saison that is brewed with chicory root with flavors of caramel, spice, and a sourness stemming from the brewer's unique yeast. There's a port like complexity to the sweet and sour brew.

Hochland Single Varietal Limetree Mead - Die Hochland Imker, Austria - 12% abv

Our new single variety lime tree blossoms mead exudes the delicate scent of blossoms harvested from ancient lime trees and benefits from a subtle playful dryness.

Hitachino Commemorative Ale - Kiuchi, Japan - 10% abv

A Hefeweizen base that is brewed in the tradition of a true EISBOCK, where the brew is concentrated by allowing the water to freeze (but not the alcohol).

Aventinus Vintage 2006 - Schneider, Germany - 8% abv

Vintage 2006 - Aventinus, the world's oldest top fermenting wheat doppelbock, was created in 1907 at the Weisses Brauhaus in Munich using "bottle-conditioning" where fresh yeast and malt are added to the bottle to induce secondary fermentation. Aventinus has received topmost commendations for its perfect balance of two complex layers of flavors - the fruity spiciness brought in by the top fermenting yeast and notes of chocolate created by the use of crystal and dark malts.

Chateau Rouge - Brasserie de la Goutte, France - 6.5% abv

Unfiltered, unpasteurized, with natural yeast sediment on the bottom. Red ale with an assertive bitterness, fruity aromas and a tangy finish.
Gale's Prize Old Ale 1997 - Gales Brewery, UK - 8-12% abv

Each bottle of Prize Old Ale is cork-finished, sealed and numbered. Prize Old Ale is unfiltered and unpasteurized. It is brewed from floor malted Maris Otter and minute amounts of black malt. Hops are Fuggles, Goldings and Challenger. The slow work of the yeast in the bottle may increase the alcohol content to 12% or even more. After several years of aging Prize Old Ale gains a more complex palate with Calvados like character.

***SUPER LIMITED***

Del Borgo Caos brewed with Malvasia Grapes - only (2) 25.4oz bottles - Del Borgo, Italy - 7.5%

Inspired by the Champagne world, a new experiment on the “wine meets beer”. This time, we tipped the scales in favour of beer, adding to the Duchessa wort only a 25% of wine must: in this case we used Malvasia, a white, aromatic grape variety which gives the beer a gentle and nice sharpness and an inusual, fruity nose.

Zen Kouji Sake - only (3) 12.7oz bottles - Kiuchi, Japan - 16.3% abv

Almost amber with aroma that is sweet with strong notes of koji, lemon chiffon, rice pudding and a touch of cinnamon. The finish has an intense balance of sweetness, tartness and acidity.

CISCO BREWERS

Russian Imperial Stout - Black fig, plum, toasted almond, unsweetened cocoa. A dry, full bodied interpretation of the style. 13%abv

Tripel Ale - Pepper, honeysuckle, Geranium, tropical fruit. Rich malt, spicy hops, dry mineral finish. 9.5%abv

Gose - The Gose is an uncommon style in modern times. An unfiltered wheat ale, brewed with a bit of salt. While salt seems like an unlikely ingredient, the result is a dry, scipy, lightly fruity flavorful beer. 4.4% abv

Lady of the Woods - Oak aged American wild ale. Bright straw with white lace. Tropical fruit, oak, Chardonnay. Slight tang finishes dry and refreshing.  5.0%abv


D&V INTERNATIONAL IMPORTERS

St Bernardus Abt 12 - 10% ABV Belgian Abbey Quad - a traditional abbey ale brewed in the classic style of Belgium’s Trappist Monks. Rated 100/100 on Ratebeer.com

Verhaeghe Duchesse De Bourgogne - 6% ABV - Flemish Red Ale - Sweet, fruity ale with a pleasant sour finish.  “Gateway Sour” One of the most popular sours in the US.

Verhaeghe Echt Kriekenbier - 6.8% ABV - Smooth, refreshing Cherry ale with some food friendly acidity. Starts as the same base beer as Duchesse, aged with cherries.

Verhaeghe Barbe Ruby- 7.7% ABV - NEW to the US - Cherry Beer -  Initially sweet and fruity and keeps nicely the balance with a refreshing aftertaste
Verhaeghe Barbe Black - 9% ABV - NEW to the US - Belgian Stout - Well-balanced between sweet, creamy and bitter.

Viven Porter - 7% ABV - Smoky Porter- first time being poured in Rhode Island for D&V

Viven IPA - 9% ABV - “West Coast Style” Imperial Ale - first time being poured in Rhode Island for D&V

Des Rocs Grand Cru- 9.5% Special Brown - rich and complex brown ale with notes of chocolate, roasted almonds, and a hint of molasses.
Des Rocs Triple - 10% ABV Triple Imperiale with some of the characteristics of a Tripel and a Quad

Des Rocs Brune - 9% ABV – Belgian Abby Brown Ale, 7 types of malt are used and 3 different kind of hops.
