Summary: From Ingolstadt, Germany had two faces. In 1983 they released an LP on the infamous Rock o' Rama Records, featuring some silly fast Deutsch-Punk tunes. In 1985 they changed their style due to the influence of American Hardcore. This song is off their 1985 demo tape. They ended up even more rockish.
