Need Not Worry is a wordsmith hailing from Pawtucket, RI. This rhymer has been performing in the Providence scene since 'Round Midnight at the OLD Black Rep on Washington Street. He illustrates the classic characteristics of a great emcee; incredible LIVE performance, impeccable delivery, concrete content, and an outstanding storytelling ability. Attempting to deliver a hearty message to the mass amount of malnourished hip hop following, Need Not uses simple scimitar-esque slashings over gritty soundscapes provided by a SELECT choice of beatmakers. In 2005, Need joined forces with DRUMAT!C (a Philadelphia born beatsmith) to form the (FORMULATIN' FATHERS); releasing the under-appreciated classic concept album entitled: (Sleepless Knights). He presently continues to provide the hip hop community with funky fresh rhymes over dusty grooves. His LIVE show is quite the experience, ask his fans...Need Not rocks shows with a crown; tossing candy, condoms, and other assorted goodies out into the crowd of supporters. His true school approach is testament to his deep rooted love for the genre, never illustrating to (fix) or (compromise) a golden era sound that was never broken in the first place. For those that seek solace in that boom-bap classic, you Need Not Worry, he has it. www.myspace.com/neednotworry www.myspace.com/formulatinfathers
